Smoked Chicken, Brie And Mango Salad

Ingredients

- 300 g smoked chicken, sliced
- 125 g kraft* brie cheese, cut into wedges
- 100 g mixed lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts
- 1/2 red capsicum, sliced
- 425 g mangoes in syrup, drained
- 1/4 cup kraft* classic mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 combine all salad ingredients and arrange on a serving plate.
- 2 puree mango in a food processor. add mayonnaise and milk and pulse until combined. stir in mint and season to taste.
- 3 drizzle mango dressing over salad. serve.
