Ingredients
- 1 quart wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup dried lemon peel
- 3 sprigs fresh oregano
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 cinnamon stick
- cinnamon stick (optional)
Recipe
- 1 pour vinegar over herbs. cover tightly and steep 2-3 weeks.
- 2 strain into decorative bottle. add a cinnamon stick for decoration.
