Salad Crumble Mix

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
  • 1 (2 5/8 ounce) jar sesame seeds
  • 2/3 cup chopped cashews

Recipe

  • 1 remove flavor packet from soup- reserve for another use.
  • 2 break noodles-place in shallow pan with sesame seeds.
  • 3 bake at 350°f for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 cool and mix with cashews.
  • 5 place in suitable mix container.
  • 6 to serve: sprinkle over a salad. keeps for one month.
