Randy's Hot Sauce

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 cup garlic, fine chopped
  • 4 (29 ounce) cans canned whole tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 -14 jalapenos, chopped fine with seeds
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine

Recipe

  • 1 heat salad oil, vinegar,chopped garlic,and salt to almost boiling,stirring often-do not boil-set aside to cool.
  • 2 to gallon jar add:.
  • 3 chopped tomatoes-saving juice fron cans.
  • 4 chopped jalapenos.
  • 5 chopped onions.
  • 6 then add cooled mixture.
  • 7 stir to mix add remaining juice from cans to fill jar.
  • 8 stir well and refrigerate.
