Persian Style Carrot Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 500 g carrots, coarsly grated
  • 200 g apples, peeled and coarsly grated
  • 60 g almonds, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 don't add salt, it would soak water!
  • 3 refrigerate at least one hour.
  • 4 serve and enjoy.
