Radish Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup red radish
  • 1 cup daikon radish ( radishes)
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup onion
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (diced thin)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (must be basalmic)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 chop the first four ingredients to your liking, and mix well.
  • 2 cut the tomatoes into quarters and add to radish mix, along with parsely.
  • 3 mix vinegar and olive oil, and pour over the top of the salad and toss. i like to let it marinate for at least an hour before serving but it's also good straight out.
