Smashed Potatoes

Total Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb red potatoes, small,skin on
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut the potatoes in half and boil until soft.
  • 2 drain and return to the same pot.
  • 3 briefly mash until just broken up.
  • 4 add the remaining ingredients and toss.
  • 5 serve warm.
