Ingredients
- 30 cloves garlic, cleaned & roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano (optional)
Recipe
- 1 blanch the garlic in boiling water for 6minutes.
- 2 remove and plunge into cold water.
- 3 drain well and add remaining ingredients to the garlic, mix well.
- 4 marinate in the fridge for 5-7 days before serving.
