Ingredients

- 4 heads belgian endive, cut base, separate leaves
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces smoked almonds, roughly chopped
- 3 ounces olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ounce wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all salad ingredients in a bowl. put dressing ingredients into non-matalic bowl and whisk well (ingredients may be put into a mason jar and shaken wel). pour dressing over salad and gently toss. serve.
