- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olive, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 break cauliflower into bite-size flowerettes.
- 2 wash and drain thoroughly.
- 3 toss with remaining ingredients.
