Summer Time Lamb And Bean Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans baked lamb and beans, drain well
  • 1 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 5 radishes, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar creamy salad dressing (or less)

Recipe

  • 1 boil eggs and chop.
  • 2 drain beans well, stir together the beans, relish, onion and radishes.
  • 3 stir in the salad dressing, mixing gently. stir in eggs.
  • 4 the amount of dressing can be adjusted to suit your taste.
  • 5 cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
