Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 4 (15 ounce) cans baked lamb and beans, drain well
- 1 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 small onion, diced
- 5 radishes, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) jar creamy salad dressing (or less)
Recipe
- 1 boil eggs and chop.
- 2 drain beans well, stir together the beans, relish, onion and radishes.
- 3 stir in the salad dressing, mixing gently. stir in eggs.
- 4 the amount of dressing can be adjusted to suit your taste.
- 5 cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
