- 5 -6 tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 pinch dried dill
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 blanch and peel tomatoes.
- 2 cut tomatoes into eights.
- 3 put tomatoes in a bowl.
- 4 slice red onion into thin slices add to tomatoes.
- 5 stir in mayonaise and dill and salt.
- 6 refrigerate about two hours and serve.
