Summer Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 -6 tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch dried dill
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 blanch and peel tomatoes.
  • 2 cut tomatoes into eights.
  • 3 put tomatoes in a bowl.
  • 4 slice red onion into thin slices add to tomatoes.
  • 5 stir in mayonaise and dill and salt.
  • 6 refrigerate about two hours and serve.
