- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup scallion
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp

Recipe
- 1 cook potatoes for 14 minutes. cool under cold water.
- 2 mix next five ingredients.
- 3 cut potatoes into quarters.
- 4 combine mixture and potatoes and refrigerate.
