Potato Salad

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs small red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup scallion
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 cook potatoes for 14 minutes. cool under cold water.
  • 2 mix next five ingredients.
  • 3 cut potatoes into quarters.
  • 4 combine mixture and potatoes and refrigerate.
