Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 500 g boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 -4 green chilies
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 4 -5 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons whipping cream
- 4 teaspoons coriander leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together.
- 2 marinate for a minimum 45 minute.
- 3 roast chicken at 200°c for about 10 min or until done (or put some oil in pan until smoky hot; put chicken pieces in and cook till dry.
- 4 serve with onion salad and coriander chutney.
