Sergios Belgian Endive Salad

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 belgian endive
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cut endive in quarters, take away the bitter part in the center.
  • 2 if you want you can cut them into smaller pieces, but the quarts look quite nice imo.
  • 3 wash, dry.
  • 4 drizzle some olive oil over it.
  • 5 grind pepper and salt to taste.
  • 6 and that's it!
