Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 belgian endive
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cut endive in quarters, take away the bitter part in the center.
- 2 if you want you can cut them into smaller pieces, but the quarts look quite nice imo.
- 3 wash, dry.
- 4 drizzle some olive oil over it.
- 5 grind pepper and salt to taste.
- 6 and that's it!
