Mom's Broccoli Mandarin Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup slivered and toasted almond
  • 10 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine salad ingredients in salad bowl.
  • 2 stir together dressing ingredients in measuring cup and then add and mix with salad.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate 2 hours to 2 days.
