Ingredients

- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 seasoning packet from ramen noodles
- 1 (14 ounce) package preshredded coleslaw mix
- 1 (4 ounce) package oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles, crushed
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (2 ounce) package slivered almonds or 1 (2 ounce) package sunflower seeds
- 3 green onions, sliced fine
- 1 (6 ounce) package la choy snow pea pods (thawed) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large mixing bowl combine the dressing: oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and seasoning packet from ramen noodles.
- 2 add the salad ingredients: cole slaw mix, ramen noodles, mandarine oranges, almonds or sunflower seeds, and green onion.
- 3 mix well and serve with crushed ramen noodles.
