Ingredients

- 2 heads romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium red onion, sliced thin
- 2 cups pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix the romaine, onion and pomegranate seeds.
- 2 in a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until well blended.
- 3 pour over salad; toss to coat.
- 4 serve immediately.
