Summer Italiano

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 ounces kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
  • 2 ounces pasta, your choice
  • 1/2 lb chicken
  • 3 tomatoes, ripe
  • 1/16 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dash sugar
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 pasta:.
  • 2 bring water to boil.
  • 3 add dash olive oil to water.
  • 4 add pasta.
  • 5 boil till al dente.
  • 6 drain pasta. "al dente"(leaving pasta just a lil uncooked for texture.).
  • 7 add 1oz sun dried tomato dressing.
  • 8 add 2 small tomatoes, (thinly sliced).
  • 9 add sugar to "taste".
  • 10 add pepper to "taste".
  • 11 chicken:.
  • 12 defrost if needed, and slit chicken slightly.
  • 13 marinate chicken with kraft sun dried tomato salad dressing in a plastic bag for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  • 14 bake, broil, bbq or fry. till done.
  • 15 add fresh black pepper, tomato slices, garnish with fresh basil.
