- 1 bunch chicory lettuce, trimmed
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 ounces parmesan cheese, shaved
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine chicory and pears. season with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. add olive oil and mix.
- 2 arrange salad on salad plates and garnish with parmesan.
