Seafoam Salad

Ingredients

- 2 (15 ounce) cans pear halves in natural juice, reserve juice
- 1 (3 ounce) package lime jell-o gelatin
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip, thawed
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, heat 1 cup reserved pear juice to boiling.
- 2 in a small bowl add lime jello; pour pear juice over jello; stir until dissolved; set aside.
- 3 in a large bowl, beat cream cheese with milk until smooth; blend in jello mixture.
- 4 chill in refrigerator until partially thickened, about 20-30 minutes.
- 5 in a small bowl, mash pears until smooth.
- 6 fold pears and cool whip into jello mixture.
- 7 pour into a mold.
- 8 chill until set, about 2-3 hours.
- 9 dip mold in warm water for approx 5 minutes.
- 10 invert onto serving platter.
