- 6 carrots, shredded
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 place carrots and onions in a medium serving bowl.
- 2 in a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- 3 toss with the carrots.
- 4 serve cold or at room temperature.
