Moroccan Carrot Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 carrots, shredded
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 place carrots and onions in a medium serving bowl.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  • 3 toss with the carrots.
  • 4 serve cold or at room temperature.
