Ocean Salad

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 (3 ounce) package orange jell-o
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained and reserve
• 1 cup mandarin orange, drained
• 1 cup whipped cream

Recipe

• 1 dissolve jell-0 in hot water.
• 2 then add cream cheese and marshmallows; stir until blended.
• 3 add pineapple juice.
• 4 chill until partly set, then whip mixture.
• 5 add pineapple, mandarin oranges and whipped cream.
• 6 mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
