Royal Pear Salad

Ingredients

- 1 (6 ounce) package raspberry gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (29 ounce) can pear halves in natural juice, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- 2 stir cold water, lemon juice, and cranberry sauce.
- 3 chill mixture until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
- 4 fold in chopped pears and pecans; transfer mixture to a 7-cup mold.
- 5 chill until firm.
