Spinach, Strawberry And Feta Salad

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1/8 cup lemon juice
• 1/8 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 5 cups spinach, leaves torn
• 1 1/2 cups strawberries, halved
• 1/2 cup red onion, sliced in to thin rings
• 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe

• 1 beat lemon juice, oil, honey and pepper with wire whisk until well blended.
• 2 toss remaining ingredients in large bowl.
• 3 drizzle with dressing just before serving; toss to coat.
