- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1 pinch black pepper, fresh ground
Recipe
- 1 combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and whip to combine. pit, peel and slice avocado. dice tomato. combine salad ingredients and top with dressing.
