Spinach-bacon Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thinly
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 11 ounces water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/2 lb bacon, crumbeled, reserve fat

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 service with hot bacon dressing.
