- 200 g baby spinach leaves
- 2 yellow nectarines, sliced
- 15 snow peas, blanched
- 125 g brie cheese, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup kraft* balsamic italian dressing
- black pepper, to serve
Recipe
- 1 combine spinach leaves, nectarines, snowpeas and cheese wedges.
- 2 drizzle salad with dressing, and garnish with cracked black pepper.
