Ingredients

- 1 cup champagne vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the vinegar, orange juice, zest, and a good pinch of salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
- 2 while whisking, slowly add in the olive oil at a drizzle.
- 3 adjust seasoning to taste.
- 4 the vinaigrette will keep for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
- 5 whisk before use if separated.
