Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup champagne vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together the vinegar, orange juice, zest, and a good pinch of salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
  • 2 while whisking, slowly add in the olive oil at a drizzle.
  • 3 adjust seasoning to taste.
  • 4 the vinaigrette will keep for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
  • 5 whisk before use if separated.
