- 4 vegetable marrows
- 3 green peppers
- 350 g tomatoes
- 100 g onions
- 2 garlic cloves

- 1/4 liter oil
- 1 pinch sugar
Recipe
- 1 peel and chop the vegetables, heat the oil, fry onions and garlic.
