Pisto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 vegetable marrows
  • 3 green peppers
  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 100 g onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • 1/4 liter oil
  • 1 pinch sugar

Recipe

  • 1 peel and chop the vegetables, heat the oil, fry onions and garlic.
  • 2 add the rest, including salt and sugar, and cook until tender.
