- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon marjoram leaves
- 1 large bay leaf
Recipe
- 1 mix well and grind in spice grinder (we use a dedicated coffee grinder as a spice grinder).
- 2 store in airtight container.
