Ingredients

- 10 lbs potatoes
- 1 dozen egg, boiled, chopped
- 1 quart miracle whip
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 3 cups chopped celery (optional)
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes till tender (30 min).
- 2 drain and cool and peel.
- 3 cut into cubes.
- 4 add chopped eggs and celery.
- 5 mix salad dressing, cream, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper with onion, mix well.
- 6 pour over potatoes and eggs and mix well.
- 7 refrigerate.
- 8 time aprox.
