Potato Salad For 30

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 35
  • 10 lbs potatoes
  • 1 dozen egg, boiled, chopped
  • 1 quart miracle whip
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 3 cups chopped celery (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes till tender (30 min).
  • 2 drain and cool and peel.
  • 3 cut into cubes.
  • 4 add chopped eggs and celery.
  • 5 mix salad dressing, cream, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper with onion, mix well.
  • 6 pour over potatoes and eggs and mix well.
  • 7 refrigerate.
  • 8 time aprox.
