Potato Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 lb rose potato
  • 2 dozen large grade a eggs, boiled
  • 12 ounces mayonnaise
  • brown mustard, to taste
  • seasoning salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • sugar, to taste
  • 8 ounces pickles, chopped
  • 4 ounces black olives, sliced
  • 2 ounces pickle juice
  • 2 ounces purple onions, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cook eggs. boil for 12 minutes. let cool and mash.
  • 2 boil potatoes about 20 minutes or until tender.
  • 3 add all ingredients together; mix.
