Potato Salad

Ingredients

- 1 lb rose potato
- 2 dozen large grade a eggs, boiled
- 12 ounces mayonnaise
- brown mustard, to taste
- seasoning salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- sugar, to taste
- 8 ounces pickles, chopped
- 4 ounces black olives, sliced
- 2 ounces pickle juice
- 2 ounces purple onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook eggs. boil for 12 minutes. let cool and mash.
- 2 boil potatoes about 20 minutes or until tender.
- 3 add all ingredients together; mix.
