Spring Salad With Lemon & Sumac Dressing

Ingredients

  • 10 cups spring mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup sliced olive
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • mushroom, drained
  • 1 cup dry chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground sumac
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive juice
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese, juice

Recipe

  • 1 in a large salad bowl, mix all salad ingredients, except dry chow mien noodles and parmesan cheese.
  • 2 in a glass mason jar mix all salad dressing ingredients.
  • 3 shake well.
  • 4 poor dressing over salad, lightly coating.
  • 5 sprinkle parmesan cheese over salad, lightly coating.
  • 6 toss salad.
  • 7 top with chow mien noodles.
  • 8 serve immediately.
