Spring Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 16 ounces shell noodles
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles according to directions on the box. drain,cool and set aside. (i use shell or ring noodles).
- 2 chop the cucumbers and onions. shred the carrots.
- 3 combine the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. add the noodles and vegetables. chill in the frig 2 hours or overnight to flavor thru.
- 4 enjoy!
