Spring Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 16 ounces shell noodles
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles according to directions on the box. drain,cool and set aside. (i use shell or ring noodles).
  • 2 chop the cucumbers and onions. shred the carrots.
  • 3 combine the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. add the noodles and vegetables. chill in the frig 2 hours or overnight to flavor thru.
  • 4 enjoy!
