- 1 (12 ounce) package mixed salad greens
- 1 (6 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup low-fat granola cereal (kashi preferred)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together. use more or less of oranges/blueberries depending on preference. balsamic dressing tastes great on this!
