- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 8 radishes, sliced
- 6 scallions, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 lb cottage cheese or 1 lb pot cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint sour cream

- 1 lightly mix (i am not sure if the sour cream is intended to be mixed in or used as a garnish - see note).
- 2 note: jennie suggests serving this with buttered rye bread or on individual plates, garnished with sour cream.
