Plum Restaurant's Chopped Romaine Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 bunch romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced thinly
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • blue cheese dressing, your favorite

Recipe

  • 1 wash and chop romaine lettuce.
  • 2 mix all remaining ingredients together gently and serve.
