- 750 g potatoes 
 
- 1 tablespoon olive 
 
- 2 anchovies 
 
- 1 tablespoon capers 
 
- 1 lemon 
 
-  handful parsley 
 
- 3 tablespoons oil 
 
Recipe
- 1 cook the potatoes whole in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. drain well.
