- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or plain joghurt)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 peel and dice beets.
- 2 add walnuts.
- 3 combine dressing ingredients and add to beets.
- 4 garnish with parsley.
