Red Onion Romaine Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free dijon mustard
  • 2/3 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 pinch brown sugar
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine onion, lettuce, and pepper; toss well.
  • 2 mix vinegar, mustard, sugar, and pepper in a small bowl; whisk until smooth.
  • 3 drizzle sauce over saad.
  • 4 enjoy!
