- 4 blood oranges, peeled, pith removed and cut into thick slices
- 1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
- 2 tangerines, peeled, pith removed and cut into segments
- 4 black peppercorns, crushed
Recipe
- 1 divide the fruit between plates.
- 2 crush the black peppercorns and sprinkle over the fruit with the mint leaves.
- 3 serve with greek yogurt or creme fraiche.
