Rogene's Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 4 green onions, chopped, include tops
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 wash spinach several times to wash off all dirt and sand.
  • 2 tear off stems and tear spinach into bite size pieces.
  • 3 dry spinach with towel and place in bowl.
  • 4 add mushrooms and eggs - sliced.
  • 5 top with bacon pieces.
  • 6 for dressing: combine all dressing ingredients. place in a glass jar and refrigerate.
  • 7 shake well before using.
