Steamed Beet Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 large beetroots
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil

Recipe

  • 1 peel and chop beets into similar sizes.
  • 2 steam until they can be pierced with a fork.
  • 3 chop in to smaller pieces.
  • 4 add other ingerdients, toss.
