Ingredients
- 3 large beetroots
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
Recipe
- 1 peel and chop beets into similar sizes.
- 2 steam until they can be pierced with a fork.
- 3 chop in to smaller pieces.
- 4 add other ingerdients, toss.
