Pistachio Salad With Low-fat Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/2 lemon
Recipe
- 1 chop lettuce and green pepper into bite-size pieces.
- 2 top lettuce with pistacio nuts, green pepper and parmesan cheese.
- 3 to make dressing, squeeze the juice of one lemon.
- 4 remove seeds.
- 5 add olive oil.
- 6 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 7 add dressing to salad and serve.
- 8 note: keep at dressing at room temperature.
