Pistachio Salad With Low-fat Lemon Dressing

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 lemon

Recipe

  • 1 chop lettuce and green pepper into bite-size pieces.
  • 2 top lettuce with pistacio nuts, green pepper and parmesan cheese.
  • 3 to make dressing, squeeze the juice of one lemon.
  • 4 remove seeds.
  • 5 add olive oil.
