Mixed Bean Salad

Ingredients

- 14 ounces green beans, cut
- 14 ounces yellow beans, cut
- 19 ounces red kidney beans
- 19 ounces chickpeas
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Recipe
- 1 drain beans and rinse with cold water.
- 2 combine in a large bowl and add celery, onion, and green pepper. combine all dressing ingredients and whisk well.
- 3 pour over vegetables, mix well, taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
- 4 refrigerate before servings.
- 5 will keep several days in the refrigerator.
